比较标准的商业片。“法律会惩罚你”的结尾大无语，高潮戏比较疲软，虽然全片时间不长节奏也算快，但没什么记忆点。
剧情没有前两部紧凑，整体以流水叙事为主，主要人物降智过于严重，脱离真实感
