The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 通过改编金大中与影子军师严昌禄的事迹，来阐述目的与手段的关系这一点很取巧。剧情对政治的处理多有理想化。

本片所探讨的矛盾令人深思，我们暂且忽略韩国是否有真正代表人民的民主斗士，单就正直的人是否必须用正直的手段战胜对手这个问题，就很值得讨论，其实就这样的问题可以创作很多作品，观众也一定会分为两派，这用来拍更为贴近生活的商业片可能收效会更好。

就，也就一般吧，简化了的政治选举，手段也么有很如何。。当然生活太复杂，政治更复杂，难以真实展现吧。。。韩国所谓政治电影啊社会电影啊，都不过时隔靴搔痒而已。。国家社会却越来越混乱堕落固化。。。
2022年4月3日观看。韩国拍竞选题材的还是差了点意思。

影片结尾肖长达等红灯时逆行而往最后投入黑暗之中，正是全片的中心思想，得不到就去毁灭它，韩国在类型片上已经无敌了，尤其是政治片！
画面感很强，故事性缺少一些冲突，明明很刺激 给人的感觉倒不是很强烈
韩国的政治剧真的绝了，什么都可以挖掘，什么都可以拍。选举中的明争暗斗，选票的争夺其实是熟捻人性后的导向策略，当然有时需要凭空造事，有时需要应变交易。
看不懂，什么是选举啊，什么是投票啊？
