The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 疫情看真的太应景了。黑暗中才更能看到善意的光。太温暖了。
在演出又被疫情取消的晚上看完了2020年因为疫情被取消的CFA。我真的太久没看过global视角+充满diversity的引进剧了…泪点很多，最戳我心的还是Me and the Sky。

印象最深的是，有人问起飞机为什么要停在这里，因为可以这里人口最少。
一个惨痛背景下温馨的故事。遇到灾难所体现的那种人类互助的温暖。
偶然翻阅截图相册，发现疫情前期已有小道消息说剧组要来华巡演，那时的期待如歌曲本身一般昂扬热切。孤岛壁垒被打破，大洋之上是平等众生共同奏响的波西米亚狂想曲，灯光汇聚每一角落，借由新时代流媒，远渡重洋的温暖故事，在这个似乎重蹈覆辙的严冬给人以鼓舞。
我太喜欢这部音乐剧了，充满了人文关怀，让欢乐和感动交融。这个在911发生之后，飞机上的人们和住在gander的人们相遇相识然后产生交集的美好故事，让一场灾难变得不那么悲伤。这部音乐剧并没有过分哀伤，而是有喜有悲，正是在灾难中让人性的光辉更加夺目耀眼。很多事情并不全是坏事，我们总要在黑暗中找到那一丝微光。
基于二十年前改变世界的真实事件，十年前的百老汇作品，官摄在今天这样的时期放出，站在全世界最偏僻的一个角落，呼唤人与人之间的守护和善意，再没有更合适的时机了。
戲劇節奏太好了，內容也很豐富，有溫情有恐懼有隔閡有反思，不同的人可以看到不同的東西。
耐听性包括舞台观赏性差了点。女机长solo女性力量依旧最强。

除此之外，剧本本身对911事件给美国社会心理带来的各方面影响的刻画也是相对比较到位的。
几千旅客因为911滞留小镇的故事。说是音乐剧改编但更像是音乐剧录像。情节简单，音乐不错。

感谢官摄，官摄和现场“炸耳朵”的音乐效果真的是不同的体验。疫情后再看这个二十多年前的故事，我们还能有open hearts吗
