从上帝视角，救了一个混混，损失了一个女记者。[律师查案]，对抗黑暗势力。结尾还是郭老板买通黑警督查才赢的。也就是有钱有势力，有知识技术，加起来才赢的。
这电影应该前两年就要准备上的，不知道什么原因一直压着，不如预期，缅怀智叔。
电视剧级别和节奏，游艇两地产商博弈的部分可看。
