The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 挺惊喜的居然是用的练江口音，整体感觉会更亲切一些，毕竟作为潮阳这块的人。而且这部电影其实整个两广地区都适合看，毕竟文化都差不多是这样，都是父母抗拒所谓的外省，然而就因此耽搁了很多人
妈妈是主角啊，唯一有人物弧光的角色。很多桥段很干很硬，工具人也很多，男主长得像仁科，女主长得像张碧晨。。。
据说整部电影基本上都是素人演员
母亲离开前看守店的儿子，人设立住了。
整个故事的灵魂人物还是妈妈啦，妈妈的演技弥补了很多电影技术上的不足，故事变得更朴实。女主虽然长得比不上明星，但也是挺耐看的，那么问题来了，长得漂亮高学历经济独立事业有成的女孩，活脱脱一现代女性模版，为什么能看得上这样的传统家庭..
钟少贤女士演得真好。人物关系多少与我俩现在有点像，就还蛮有代入感吧……
女主称托得更好一些，有坚强，也有弱的部分。

很棒的小成本电影。导演拍的很耐心也很真诚，扎扎实实讲述了一个温暖的家庭故事。丰富的潮汕元素藏着导演对家乡满满的爱，泽凯妈妈的扮演者应该有个影后的！
传统与现代，突破与规矩，文明与风俗，最后都在亲情中融为了一体。电影冲突的呈现与表达也很高级。
