The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 为什么还港版《阿甘正传》啊可恶。还是那句话，因为电影结尾的影像资料，体育传记类电影才显得感动和弥足珍贵。导演把电影落脚点大多数放在了家庭，母爱，包括这香港残疾运动员的社会福利等等的阐述。却在剩下的篇幅里无法深刻的表现属于个人的成功。中国体育电影仍需努力，这部也算在本土类型片中做的中上了。（垃圾配音甚至不如上气）
本来还想去买一场中英的戏现场围观一下梁仲恒，结果一看ig居然就已经离职了…
前半段追逐梦想，后半段进入现实。打动我的，是揭露残障运动员在社会上的不公平对待。妈妈的戏份盖过了主角，片尾过于煽情
残障运动员付出了远超常人的努力，应该得到更多的关注和支持，希望同工同酬早日实现。
而港隊在本屆殘奧會亦未能再現奪金神奇。

本应是妈妈的视角，可能导演不想变成吴君如一个人的独角戏，所以把母子关系一碗水端平了，故事的深度和力度都差了口气。

这么温暖的题材，有点不忍心说缺点。可如果一味追捧本片，反而不是一件好事。影片有着优秀的原本素材，不错的配角演员，可惜，影片主要内容不明，贪心到要拍每一届奥远历程，实际上不如重点拍第一次或者最后一次就行，另外妈妈的戏太多，吴君如是一个好演员，但这一次表演过于用力。无论如何鼓励这样的题材多拍吧，支持多多关注弱势人员。。。
即使评分很低，但我确确实实看泪目了两三处，最后的成功也很振奋

可能是我之前没认真看？但第一次看见，茶水这个岗位的人出现在感谢的工作人员名单里。
本來只是普通勵志電影，中途加了一段對港府的批判，讓主題昇華了
