監獄裡拿牙刷捅人那一段看著好揪心。。結局是好的。。現實中也會這樣嗎？
有点老套，在各种题材各个角度都被电影拍过的情况下，如何能推陈出新呢？
不算太爽，也算可以。
本片顯然具有香港本土色彩，在大陸長達三年才通過的審查得以在網絡平台播放，又得以在香港上映。該片由富商女兒被殺的案件開始，從中牽連了地產商，政党，新聞媒體以及腐敗的警察等，主要針對是隻手遮天下的在建政黨的野心，編導武戲文拍，用大義凜然的姿態批判了司法界的僵化，如今看來滿是唏噓，透露了香港多年來政商的微妙關係，容易對號入號。
我觉得拍的挺好的，只是从结果来说，并不算是法律的胜利，如果死者不是富二代，我想会是另一个结局，哎，可悲
靠良心实现的正义，和靠暴力实现的正义，本质上没有区别，都是一种赌博行为！

最让我纳闷的是廖启智，智叔这个角色既然设定是富豪，而且还是和曾江这个老狐狸合作的富商。怎么就一点动作都没有，都没想过调查下女儿的死？结果还真的没有，哎。。
把我骗进来结果是个这…？2星大烂片看到无语。 三星只因为是廖启智。
悬念太少，结尾太顺，证人证言都是钱买的，正义公道也只是碰巧吧
还蛮讨厌这种解决方式（骗人才能达到的司法公正）。
有些不像电影，更像电视剧的sp。TVB有个和这个类似的电视剧，不知道有什么关系?
一晃，廖叔走了近一年了。遗作一级指控依然很香港，故事、演技都很港。有人说，这个故事经不起推敲，最后法律没有取得胜利，平民的胜利只因富商对女儿的爱。可，人生不就是这样吗？
最后还是要靠权贵内斗翻盘，没看出法律正义在哪？
整个剧情撑不住最后的发言。廖启智总是演的很好。

廖启智和曾江在船上的对手戏好爽！
节奏还是不错的，只不过大团圆结局的是建立在死者也是富家女，并且爹肯为了她不惜一切代价，信仰总是一点点被剥离，跌落现实。
