The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. Sandra Bullock is good. And lots of Vancouver-pretend-to-be Seattle scenes made me excited…
替妹妹入狱的情节有点狗血了，桑婆的表演很好。
最后的结局没有大胆突破，而是采取了“善有善报”的最安全模式。警长的儿子两次转折有点生硬尤其最后高潮时候的崩溃。也许最后的结尾可以处理的更出色一些。
配乐和几个镜头语言很不错，比较喜欢。
理应可以处理得更好的故事，闪回，冲突与最终和解都处理得张力不够。对于生活如何重新开始如何继续向前，只是提出些非常浅层的表达。确实都为桑德拉的表演服务了，看似简单的丧其实表演层次感还是很强的，但还是被故事卸掉了不少劲儿，比起《美好的世界》后劲差很多。
情节比较简单，但编剧可以，通过回忆一层层揭示真相，加上女主表演出众，所以完成度还不错，还是比较感人。不过被劫持时女主自始至终没有明说绑错人了，这点没看到有合理解读，阴暗吗？但后来又用自己身体护送出门，反正没说清楚。7.3/10分
桑德拉演技炸裂，单凭那张脸就足够表明过往一切的心酸和凄楚。
7.5，每个演员都很棒，情绪持续压抑，不断累积，到了宣泄的临界点，却戛然而止，啊，这种时候就知道不文艺的俗套模式的好了，我们希望这些苦人儿解脱，希望他们从此过上幸福的生活，那些真实生活不给我们的，我们希望多多少少能在电影里圆梦
女主太不容易了，结局😭😭😭她并不是不可饶恕的。一个很好的故事。

看下来剧情线也还算简单明了，桑德拉的表演也还可圈可点。

结尾不满意，这个拥抱含义太暧昧了。就应该过来说：thank you for helping my sister
我就纳闷了，这姐姐怎么看也不像杀人犯啊，我靠，果然，人不是她杀的。
直到最后才慢慢交代真相，虽然大致也可以猜到。细节刻画的很到位，每个人物都很有特色。回忆的色调是温暖的，这可能是Ruth生命中唯一的一抹亮色。结尾那个拥抱太让人伤感了…
