The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 音乐剧真是各种艺术元素的集大成者，诸多巧思，触动心弦。好久没有这样沉浸的体验了，观赏音乐剧的每一分钟里，生命似乎都更值得一些。

看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
可能这是我注定无法欣赏的一部音乐剧了，群像太多太杂随意转换，一直处在一种情绪很饱满激动的状态中。第二次坚持看到1/2又失败了… 唉，可能是我不懂欣赏吧。
太好看了！从剧情流畅度，到歌曲的编排完整性，是熟悉的百老汇高水准，每一个演员都又会演又会唱，歌曲超好听，看完这个更加为去年买好票又取消的0425天桥现场感到悲伤，祈祷疫情早日结束，我们早日看上百老汇舞台剧

回家的火车上看的，继《汉密尔顿》之后的第二部音乐剧。音乐剧这种东西，将音乐和剧情结合在一起，真的很有表现力，入坑了。小镇居民的援助，是人性中最原始的善的表达。
