The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 打戏巨多，镜头作画什么的感觉比前面两季都要好，剧情节奏也是（毕竟剧场版嘛这个剧情也差不多了）。
简单的讲清楚了故事，实属难得，影片基调定位很准确。
挺不错的，气氛和场景营造都表现的不错。而且如导演所说，这并不是一部纯粹吓人的恐怖片，他更表达了很多情感元素。真正恐怖的并不是水中的猴子，而是让它变成怪物的背后的恐怖的人心。大女主的设定也比较讨喜，许多欧美经典恐怖片中都有类似设定。在一个惊悚恐怖的氛围中，看似柔弱的女主奋起反抗，这种精神是很容易被观众所接受的。最后女主唤醒了水怪的情感，水怪也为自己曾经做过的坏事做了救赎。
女主失忆那几个以婴儿姿势蜷缩的意象画面惊喜到我了，多给一星。
借于“欧美血腥怪异变种”的外壳，，讲了一个惊悚的中国故事。
怪力乱神可怕，人心叵测更可怕！

有被无语到，家人都被杀，不肯投靠熟悉的村人跑来投靠女主，怕是有社交牛逼症
（对国内恐怖片打分相对宽容）虽然还有很多硬伤，但就大陆恐怖故事来说，可以打及格。希望下一部能继续精进，在规制下探索出新的恐怖片之路。
原创角色比本篇角色表现出彩，吉泽亮跨界配音好牛啊
给个平均分，看大家评价比较分化极端，只看到这个剧场版的觉得水平一般。

一口气看了两部！水生呐～你打了好开头，结果子女却遭如此罪～放眼，从古至今，蛊惑人心，妄想实现阴谋的事件缕缕发生！哎～可悲！
