The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 5.0，导演拍片和夫妻相处一样，也是一种修行，只不过修成这样不如不修，导演参了半天这种电影枯禅，其结果也不过是俗汉一个。
悲哀中年的人生，看着却并不枯燥，很大原因在于女主角陈湘琪的表演实在是太出色了，所以眼光很难从这个困顿中年女人的身上离开，演活了一个在死水微澜中挣扎并尽量保持体面的濒危女人，3.5星。
最后警察怎么出现的？草莓和阿震进展太快吧？草莓男朋友是个什么身份？黑哥一直以来是个什么身份？三千五百万的猴子在破烂的房顶上开个口就能偷走或放回？

对中年人生的呐喊，但无论是危机还是出轨，都没有任何劲道。影帝影后各自在努力发挥却没有任何火花。

之后上映应该会小爆吧，完成的不错，演员选的也很好。但是关于性倒错和精神疾病的运用太工具化了，只是构成案件的线索，对欲望、快感和多重人格的表现都有点浅尝辄止的感觉（可能是我对城定秀夫期待太高吧。。
甜圭看起来状态比预告片好太多…被男高中生掐着说出只想被女孩子杀掉的时候有笑到/提供了一些女A男O文学素材谢谢导演（
很有想法的片子，攝影看得出來他的導演意志，另外湘琪的表演也是爐火純青無話可說，陳以文雖也沒毛病但總覺得有點重複，電影並不絕望只是導演希望用他去轉譯一些人間觀察，也有給一點點希望。

金马影帝/后，演绎了情节严重不足的：婚姻困局。
刺骨般的真实。那些不动声色的撇嘴与皱眉，那些无动于衷，轻轻一吹满屋子都是婚姻的骨灰。
看得挺压抑的，这个如死寂版的中老年婚姻生活
