剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     根据巴尔扎克小说改编。导演也许太过于尊重原著了，以致不断用旁白的方式引用巴小说中的话语，来推动情节点出奥妙之处，让电影篇幅极其浩大。巴的原著其实也相当远离现实，他在此书中所讽刺的一切，反凸显出巴的一厢情愿，以及他对媒体行业的虚妄想象。也许导演抽离其情节，另外放置在一个背景中，可能会更有趣些。吕西安这样野心勃勃、有些才华却又无法把控自己的青年，什么时候什么地方皆会有，其命运差不多也相似：幻灭。
