剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     索金通过改编真实的美国历史，来引导现在社会的反思。索金高密度的台词让我一开始很担心会跟不上剧情节奏，何况有7个人物要处理。但整体还是不错的，虽然7个人物并没有个个立体全面，但像Abbie和Tom这两位令我印象深刻，Abbie看似嬉皮笑脸实则聪明正义，Tom看似立场摇摆却最后贡献了全片结尾的高潮，以及代表国家的那位律师，虽从出场戏里就能看出端倪，但片中他请法官判那位黑豹党首领判决无效和结尾他的起立，都令我动容。但不得不说，索金作为导演还是属于中等，强于《茉莉牌局》，但横向对比其它法庭戏，还是略显单薄，毕竟一部电影靠的不单是索金牛逼的对话戏。

    虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。

    从真实事件改编的这个剧本真的厉害啊，果然王牌编剧。电影中的剪辑包括真实影像的拼接都挺有意思，台词和法庭戏尤其抓人，又见囧瑟夫，好亲切啊。
