The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 好久没有看到剧本这么好的纪实电影了，简直为之一振！尽管我政治倾向保守并且像Cartman一样反感嬉皮士运动，但丝毫不影响我被这部片子打动。当鸡蛋义无反顾地撞上高墙，当"blood flow all over the city"，愿你的自由高呼，全世界都听得见。
都这个年代了，还在用这种方式洗脑呢。。全篇无聊至极，毫无触动，还是民主党老一套，内容零散，并没有一个完整的叙事。。其实也写不出完整的叙事。。因为这种斗争本来就是割裂的
为集会的不自由，为司法的不健全，为体制的不完备，五颗星。
很有张力的法庭群戏，台词和冲突设置满分。看过的片子里，cultural revolution真是影响了全世界，从北爱尔兰（以父之名）到巴黎（戏梦巴黎），再到芝加哥的Abbie Hoffman。

很多年前，我们都觉得外国好极了，美国最佳。后来我们觉得外国好糟，美国最甚。其实都是管窥蠡测。电影里50年前理想主义就可以这么好，庆幸50年后的今天理想主义者尤在，而且处在全球影视文化的塔尖，所以才会拍出这部电影。
艾伦索金依然犀利，美国司法部向来不是好鸟，正义是争取来的

艾伦索金的政治倾向真是个迷……而我已经对这种要做爱不要作战的口号式表面热血完全无感了。
外国的月亮圆不圆也不好说，但是起码能把月亮给你看呀。
把波澜壮阔的社会大事件装进审判厅狭窄的空间里展开故事，很考验编剧和摄像的调度能力，当然对观影者的法律、民权运动等知识的谂熟程度也是一个大考验。
必须有理有据的摆明自己坚定的态度和立场，尤其是面对脑残，赖子和傻缺云云的时候。

节奏太完美了 各个角色都很精彩 缺陷就是过于美化垮掉的一代废物 学生还好 但是把废物花童和黑豹恐怖组织包装成白莲花 细节很有趣 学晕不敢惹国民卫队 芝加哥波利士堵花童时把警徽和警号撕了 意思就是老子火很大 跟你扛上了哈哈 运动还是被鼓噪到了流血对抗 至于间谍暗桩混入队伍 这招看来全世界的政府都会的套路 最笑人的是法庭门口的标语：america ，love it or leave it。要笑死 今天内亚赛博朋克的不爱国你移民啊 你滚去美国啊 原来右翼美国佬早玩过了 不喜欢你滚去古巴啊

2020，距离片中的年代有50年了，这一年美国的抗争比片中更激烈，因疫情死亡的人接近越战死亡人数的十倍。理想是好的，抗争是对的，可是抗争要意识到社会的主要矛盾，要知道真正的问题在哪儿，真正的敌人是谁，否则无论是几年一换，只换汤不换药，也是没有用的。
