The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. A new old play 非常不错，拍摄手法和画面都很棒，全剧四川话也让我感觉十分亲切。每一个转折点都是一首判词来揭晓，新又新。很久没看华语片了，很惊喜。唯一觉得不足的是，太长了。

大失所望。不敢相信雷公居然用自己曾创造无限辉煌的历史题材和女性主题拍出来这样一部电影。

补个分，看这段的时候真的有股很强的即视感，在外务工的丈夫跟家里断了联系，背着孩子的妻子去城中寻找丈夫，却发现丈夫已经另组家庭。
整部影片舉重若輕，人如鴻毛在時代的洪流中。從臺上到臺下，陽間到陰間，歷史是一出唱不完的戲，一條渡不完的河。個體身上的灰塵和苦難，抖也抖不盡，說也說不完，但還是要說，不管是用嶄新的話語還是古老的曲調也要說，不然時間就是一碗孟婆湯，抹掉了真實的鮮活的記憶，只留下白茫茫的一片廢墟。

完全放弃景深的舞台剧呈现其实是非常危险的，但前景遮挡（？）的布置又成功拉出了纵深。其实好几个孩子的镜头似乎是回到电影场景给出了正反打，而不是像全篇这样保持观看的距离，但正是这种戏谑又苦中作乐的距离反叫其所书写的更加震撼人心。去成为眼睛，去成为摄影机。
