The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 大概有那么三五秒钟是真诚的，剩下的时间都湮没在莫名其妙之中。
凯奇演凯奇、凯奇看凯奇、凯奇吻凯奇，玩梗很欢乐但好在不只是玩梗，戏内的凯奇和戏外的凯奇，戏内做演员的凯奇和做间谍的凯奇，都形成了现实与电影的一种有趣的互文，满脸囧像的佩德罗和凯奇间的火花也很好。很高兴叔终于又开始接大制作了，翻身指日可待。
是演员版的【头号玩家】，或者凯奇的演员新生，也可能是告别了某个电影的黄金时代的嬉闹致敬。但不管怎么定义这个结构复杂、彩蛋颇多的电影，都挺浮浅和综艺化的。很多情节展开无非是要做反转和效果。这仍然不是凯奇重启事业的作品，这更像是他放弃事业心，拍点调侃自己的作品。另外，凯奇完全没有佩德罗·帕斯卡出彩。
十分过誉，说到底只是一部有主角参与的影迷的迷影作品，戏里戏外都沾染了太多的凯奇光环，算是电影营销的又一次胜利吧。
除了凯奇扮演凯奇以及时不时调侃一下自己拍过的电影，电影就是个三流快餐网大。尼古拉斯凯奇这块情怀招牌还能消费多久？
有点失望，并不是为凯奇量身打造的剧本，换个演员改改剧情依然没差。
尼古拉斯凯奇自己演自己注定了这是一部喜剧，他和佩德罗帕斯卡的双雄风格比较出彩，前半段很搞笑，可惜第三幕拉胯了。剧情也有BUG不能细抠。
恭喜凯奇叔还完债可以拍自己想拍的电影了！拿自己开涮真是太拉好感了，不管真假，至少电影里立出的热爱电影的人设太可爱了。

凯奇终于拍了一部能够表现他本身演技的好电影啦～影中影的创作模式还是挺有趣的～而且剧情也非常感人！！很喜欢这种温馨的感觉～
