The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? (看到电影的标记人数才恍然大悟原来这个电影和剧都还是那么小众，就像常身处自己网络的圈子中，已将同性恋情视作平常，然而在现实中仍是面临怎样的艰难)
这么有趣的题材理应配上更欢乐明快的镜头节奏。

极端素食主义者被做成肉食出售 这是最大的讽刺

好久没看到这么压抑的电影了...节奏快得仿佛也跟着上了个忙季的班（。BAFTA得了一堆提名，值得一看！
虽然说不上经典，但较同类剧来说算是蛮优秀的。至少影片各项（演技剧情配乐剪辑等）都难得在线。
