剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     暖暖的温柔的一部电影。就像若是在海面听不到风声，但是风拂过时柔柔的那一撇，告诉你它来过了一般。

    虽然剧情很中规中矩，看了开头就能猜到结尾那种，但整个观影过程还是挺赏心悦目，enough。最破防的是那段无声的音乐表演现场，不需要任何多余的台词，就很催泪了。不过，奥斯卡最佳影片？有点过了吧……

    虽然情节稍显老套，但依旧是非常动人。演唱会上突然消音，让观众体验一个聋哑人身处的环境，完全听不到声音的安静，只能看到台上人嘴一开一合在唱歌，台下人随着音乐在鼓掌，而自己完全置身事外，这种感觉真的非常难受。最后当Ruby在Berklee面试时边唱歌边打手语给观众席上家人看的时候，我忍不住大哭。Joni Mitchell的Both Sides Now真的非常好听，也非常契合这个电影的主题，Ruby生在聋哑家庭的困境，一边是家人，一边是梦想，好在有个比较梦幻的美好结局。Coda是child of deaf adults的缩写，也是指过去束缚的终结，未来新生活的开始。
