方中信扮演的雷有辉律师，人性上面的转变缺乏实际的说服力；而爱民党两父子的倒台，从某些方面来说，更像是“金钱”的胜利而非正义的胜利，所以，这也是编剧的失败。
中规中矩，最后慷慨陈词那一段过于突兀。不过看到廖启智，觉得真好啊。
