The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 好久都没能安静下来，看完一部慢节奏的电影，一开始跟着丹尼尔的视角去理解他的生活，然后跟着莎拉的视角去体会他所经历的一切，最后两者不停的交汇融合，最终爆发出对于「做自己」的渴望。最后车站告别想起了跳舞时候的bgm，真的控制不住了

导演固然拍出了有质感的画面，却没有足够打动我、感染我的深刻/关怀的内核。
真爱不是关于找到另一个人，而是关于找到自己。
中年大院子弟对女人的终极想象：幼年时高傲清纯家道中落，少年时倚仗美色游走于不同男人之间，青年时追名逐利为了金钱抛弃自尊，中年时容貌焦虑婚姻不幸放任老公沾花惹草，老年时悔不当初回到白月光身边做个老妈子照顾卧床不起的他。
其实一直很难喜欢上这种慢节奏的拍摄方式和大量的沉默。也许是还太年轻的原因，又或许是因为被压抑的太久，总觉得轰轰烈烈的、疯狂至极的才是自己最向往的生活。
不要尝试理解这部电影，真的不要。
