很值得看 且让人思考的电影。怎样来定义性侵？沉默就代表不吗 那很多第一次都可以被定义成强奸。我觉得这其中存在灰色地带 特别是作为成年人 没有任何表达抗拒意愿的行为和语言 很难让人理解为拒绝。但每个人都是站在自己的立场上来思考 外人无法知道具体发生了什么 恐怕男女主人公也各自的是两件事情。
第一次看法国庭审戏，挺有意思的。女主演得很好。
吴京单元的布景和打斗太假了，强行煽情最为致命

秉着呼吸看完。其实，世事确实并非一直表露出黑与白，但真相却一直是，也应该是能表露出的。我们有太多的灰色地带被用于开脱，有太多屈服于权力的沉默。可沉默也是有含义的，法治也好，社会也罢，应该是沉默越来越少，确定越来越多。能看到这样一部探讨“沉默”的电影，减少沉默与灰色地带的电影，内心高兴。
还是女性更懂得体现女性价值，只有章子怡单元最后突出了女儿。
电影里的儿子是夏洛特的儿子，夏洛特好漂亮，又会演，故事叙事还不错
法律和道德的正义不对等的时候，法律保护了哪一方？最后的辩论部分真的压抑又精彩～
都有错，但错不是罪。“受害方”的指控倒接近“诬告”了。
可以看出剧本是不错的，感觉拍摄出来的有点欠缺
女权主义下的今天，不尊重女性误解女性可能就会引起争议甚至犯罪，我觉得最后判刑结果没有问题，确实是典型的拔吊无情，哪怕你完事后坐个几分钟也好啊。
8.不是非黑即白，本片塑造了灰色的男女主人公，整件事都是灰色的，两个背景性格截然不同的人互相伤害，一开始都不知道重点是什么，直到案件开始，然后一点一点追溯之前的事情，涉及法国的司法，me too运动，移民，迷人的地方在于不紧不慢的剥开一层层东西。最后作为观众都很难下判决，毕竟世界是复杂的多面的。
作為男性首先應該羞愧，再去討論其他。這個影片在這裏沒有現實意義可循。

大杂烩，前两个片段煽情过头，起一身鸡皮疙瘩。
很棒的电影，用很特别的角度来诠释了人间世事
但这部剧的意义在于，真实的展现了两位患者最真实的心态，导演用尽可能的朴实的手法记录了患者自己和家属的心路历程，突破了常规的角度，让我们更真实地理解患者，理解家属。我们要客观地理解医学的无奈，也要感同身受地理解患者和家属的选择，最后尊重每一个人的选择，尊重就是最好的爱
