The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 印象最深的就是那句，如果你要了解当地的生活，就去AA。
“献给不得不上路的人”。常常与浪漫联系在一起的房车里，有那么一群充满着悲伤、孤寂不得不在路上的人。
初一看，以为是个半纪录片，或者是个关于孤独的故事，慢慢看下去，发现，那一份对一个人的思念和放不下，着实让人感动

虽然我很不了解这个人群，但导演的呈现在我看来还算细腻可信。抒情的部分要是能处理得更成熟克制一些就好了。
拍这种类型的片子创作者的精神状态真的非常重要呐。如果说在《骑士》中赵婷还有马力克的痕迹，在《无依之地》中，赵婷就是赵婷。一路的自由与浩瀚，与背负的隐痛交融，每个不得已上路的人，见过多少山河，又有多少故事无人倾诉。麦克多蒙德将这一复杂形象刻画得细致入微；这是一首昔日美国开拓精神的挽歌，是对每一个上路人的告慰。
配乐太妙了……
对话写得太好了，几个配角的对白都令人落泪。个体叙事高于一切。
