完全对我的胃口，看似在酱一个简单轻松家常的故事、却处处都是戏。准备再找些fernando其他的电影来看
高仿“喜剧之王”之“魔幻时刻”。原版更好看，虽然但是，能成功把我逗笑也是一种胜利啊~（春节档真该多些这样的片，好过看到晦气的XX）
没有预期收获的就是满满的惊喜啊！舔刀子和翻译两段全场最佳，片尾魏翔的独白跟片中的魏成功在一瞬间呼应了，好笑又感动！
貌似是insight pass的第三部，挺好的小品，讽刺够用，再短点就好了。
西班牙电影 好老板 标签是喜剧，这标签就够喜剧了。真是咬牙看完的，看完睡的特别香。大概是不懂男主角的行为动机吧，上百号人的制造业工厂，老板的主要工作是做HR。操心员工家庭和睦，操心开除员工，操心实习生。这种企业居然还能活下来还活的挺好。。。。
就像“黑豹”不懂独裁一样，这个片子也不知道什么叫社会主义的老板。
看到一半电影院有人打架，然后场面非常热闹，其中一个女的还在那煽风点火，说我老公弄死你们，对面是一帮高中生or大学生，正好为了逞能，于是他们在为了要不要打架还吵了半天，场面很热闹
哈维尔•巴登的表演真是优秀，剧作本身也很犀利，虚伪尽显…
其实一贯如此，她是开心麻花的锚，负责了她参与的每部电影的情感重量，即便在昨晚的小品中。
西方讽刺的已经在我们看来见怪不怪了，他们当个黑色幽默，我们的生活偷着乐吧
感觉男主越老越帅，不愧老戏骨，细腻的表演。天平象征着家庭事业人际关系各方面的平衡。家族式管理显得很虚伪，郭德纲证明了管不了。结果按下葫芦起了瓢，一头官司。
特别为魏翔订制的改编的剧本。真情实感编得用心演得投入，人生如戏。白衣扫射太帅，雨中曲太惊喜，后面那场决裂太棒了，这段一气呵成。
4.5。戏中戏还挺有意思的，这可能是目前为止为止我看过开心麻花最好的电影（自从《半个喜剧》之后看到开心麻花四个字就想躲远点），至少这部还是值票价的。如果春节档只能看一部，那就考虑这个吧。今年也够累了，我还是看点开心的吧。

从片名到［雨中曲］都蹭得令人尴尬
最后视察时工厂里所展现出的“diversity & inclusion”真的过于讽刺了。
看这种片我一个人看大概是很难笑出来，但旁边有一个笑点比较低的人开始笑的话，我也就跟着笑了，快乐也许是会传染的吧。
这个好是打了引号的吧？不过也不属于坏的老板，只能说是正常的老板，也会关心员工，顾及彼此情谊，更会使非寻常手段达到目的，这一切的前提是对自身企业发展有利。
前半段还好，比较搞笑；后半段逐渐离谱+失控。
真心没觉得这老板有什么问题，剥削从何而谈？
