導演告訴我 婚姻就是被困在有限空間裡的牢籠，是親密關係間的政治博弈，是妻子靠靈修希望直視深淵化作小鳥，是丈夫沈默不語失蹤逃避放縱。用攪拌機尖銳聲音和故意推倒的啤酒來無聲發洩，是不再主動改變，任其一次次互相傷害再相安無事維繫家庭往前走。導演說想拍是因為周圍大部分朋友到了50多歲的年齡都出現了婚姻問題，他在反思，婚姻制度與人性的關係。如果放在香港更偪仄的環境下，親密關係又將怎樣呢？
