The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 🤔，有点乱，是故意的乱，不符合节奏和剧情的乱。
电影构思很好，三个时间线。但是剪辑混乱，叙事不明。一遍很难看懂，也比较烧脑。
看的时候舍友提醒要注意时间线索，然而转场太快，根本没去记；不过反转是死循环这点虽然老套但很有用。
按照硬汉侦探叙事结构做的软弱小说家“卷入”事端，这类故事的重点是被动性，是弱势参与方的逐步解谜。
没有任何剧情，一个巫师想找到死去的母亲和地灵缚，鬼门内时空交错遇到一群鬼，和各种鬼打架结果自己最后走不出自己画的鬼门，才发现自己凉了。
轮回，时空交叠这些设定并不新鲜，颇有点大杂烩的味道，但让鬼也有了一体两面，人格分裂，这倒有点意思，究竟男主是死在了哪一幕里了呢？~~

【D-】低级惊吓桥段合辑，故弄玄虚的叙事更是惨不忍睹。
这不是传记电影，咱就说从竞标到设计再到建塔一共没十分钟，绝大多数时间搞瞎扒，说好的纪念亡妻建一座离天堂最近的塔，怎么就成了野史了？

讲了建造铁塔的故事，当然免不了法国浪漫爱情故事，剧情一般。不过这部片子对当时的巴黎场景描述比较好，获得最佳布景、最佳服装的提名。
