The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 与“最后的决斗”叙事手法相似，但这部它把最后的结论留给了观众，两边观点都不得罪，模凌两可…
全片最灵魂的可能是那句“如果你让世界微笑，我们就来让你微笑”，这么精彩的一句话就放在这么个犄角旮旯真的可惜了。你把这句话放进tv里当个全篇的主题句，再不济围绕这个写两三集，tv剧水平绝对能上一个台阶。
剧本的确很出色，会联想到《最后的决斗》，只是搬到了现代法庭，电影花费大量的篇幅去丰富饱满人物的个性，在这个看似只有黑与白的案件上延伸出需要讨论的“灰色地带”，这个灰色地带最大的阴影就是千百年来女性地位的处境，同时呼吁所有女性都要勇敢的说“不”。
tv是差，但中段小金牛篇还是能找补回来

故事是场罗生门，无奈剪辑太散，节奏太慢，完全没有达到观点在不同的陈述中反复横跳的效果。男女双方双人视角分开很容易先入为主，结尾双方律师说的倒是蛮精彩。夏洛特·甘斯布这戏份也是迷惑…
当下的镜头拍了说不清楚的裆下事，想挡下海啸的狂舌恐怕也是难上加难。
《诗》：用了最多长镜头，也真的把黄轩和章子怡拍出了浪漫，可惜后面也落入强行煽情
绝对的五星，主线副线叙述都满分，人物刻画有血有肉，深度艺术性两手抓，剪辑音乐台词都精彩。看似罗生门，但其实从动机入手就能很清晰地判断谁是谁非。男主的动机从来都是游戏。Even if the girl did give consent, but a consent based on a lie is not a valid consent!!! 我虽不是父权社会的直接受害者，但它无孔不入地渗透在生活的方方面面，谁也逃不掉。
3.5 法庭戏还不错 之前的铺垫过于繁杂也没有在后续起作用

前两个故事沉重悲壮，后两个故事轻松快乐，很好的诠释了不同时代的基调。四段命题作文，四位导演各有千秋。
