The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 本来甘斯布要来现场的，结果因为档期耍了我们，导演倒是识趣，知道我们不在乎他，随便露个脸就走了。
没有戏剧冲突，没有任何夸张，扁平化、按照时间顺序，平淡地展开。可是，表面上看似波澜不惊，却处处反映着生活的艰辛、逼真，以及生命的美好、幽暗，以及盛放。这样拍电影其实很好的，关于电影的东西——情感、故事、生活、导演的立论，以及留给观众电影之外的思考，全有了，而且平静如水。

一部很温暖文艺的片子，里面的人都好温柔，哪怕形容一个吃了睡睡了吃的女孩也是说像个婴儿，配乐超级棒！还有法国人没有不爱侯麦的吧？

我以为会是放浪不羁巴黎夜，结果却是满富温馨母子情。

细腻温馨的法国家庭剧情片。笔触柔美轻缓，娓娓道来。好不容易有一部巴黎怀旧片皆是所谓真善美呀。
8.0 不同人生轨迹所交汇的两个瞬间，镜头全然回避了那些生命中的伤痛和遗憾，以温柔的笔触抚摸旧时的伤疤，以记忆的碎片填补内心的缺失，几乎是完全聚焦于个体的，哪怕是那些迷影的时代符号和纪实影像的插入也没有刻意向社会层面靠拢。
没故事没情绪没风格，只可以看绝美的甘斯布和80年代的巴黎。
